About the role

To support our fast growth, we are looking for a Finance Manger to partner directly with the CEO and the leadership team. You will be the financial go-to of the company, ensuring robust financial management that will impact strategic and operational decisions.

As a Finance Manger, you will act as both a strategic partner and a hands-on operator. You will own all core finance activities, manage relationships with external stakeholders, and provide insights that inform high-level decision-making. You will oversee the daily management and synchronization of all finance-related functions within the company.

1. Financial leadership

Own and oversee all core finance activities: accounting, tax, cash management, budgeting, reporting, etc.

Establish, maintain, and continuously improve fiscal records, policies, and procedures.

Drive efficient monthly and quarterly closings with accuracy and timeliness.

Manage external partners and stakeholders (accountants, auditors, tax authorities, banks).

Optimize receivables and payments management to ensure healthy cash flow.

Identify inefficiencies and implement corrective measures to strengthen financial operations.

2. Financial planning & analysis

Build and manage robust FP&A processes: budget, forecast, and long-term financial planning.

Provide actionable insights and scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making.

Support preparation of Board meetings and strategic decision support packages.

Track business KPIs and operational performance; highlight risks and opportunities.

Partner with Go-to-Market, Product, and Operations teams to align financial goals with business performance.

Oversee statutory documentation and compliance for all entities.

Manage insurance policies and ensure adequate coverage of business risks.

Safeguard compliance with corporate governance standards and internal policies.

Profile

Resilience: Thrive in high-pressure environments, able to manage multiple projects in parallel.

Experience: 4+ years in finance roles within top-tier consulting, a startup/scale-up, or a transaction services department.

Financial expertise: Strong financial modeling skills and proven FP&A experience.

Independence: Ability to manage projects end-to-end in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.

Communication: Excellent skills in partnering with and presenting to senior stakeholders and C-level executives.

Ambition: A growth-driven mindset with the drive to take ownership and have a transformative impact.

Languages: French native + English fluent are essential; Polish speaking would be a plus.
