Your missions:

FP&A & Strategic Finance

• Own the monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting cycle (actuals, budget, reforecast) and lead presentations to the VP Finance and CEO
• Build, maintain and challenge the business plan
• Define and monitor KPIs for the management team; turn data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
• Help ops teams (Marketing, Data, Product & Tech) develop a financial culture through training, dedicated reporting and direct involvement in their projects
• Support the VP Finance in preparing board materials and responding to Hello Group’s reporting requirements

Accounting & Corporate Finance

• Own cash management and rolling cash flow forecasts
• Supervise monthly and annual accounting closings (Pennylane)
• Oversee tax compliance in France and internationally
• Be the main point of contact for banks and statutory auditors
• Management and professional development of the accountant
• Challenge and improve internal processes: purchasing, payments, travel policy, FX monitoring across our key markets
• Management and professional development of the accountant

Internal Controls & SOX Compliance

• Lead the design and implementation of internal control procedures to meet the group’s SOX requirements
• Document processes, identify control gaps and drive remediation across finance and operational functions
• Work closely with the VP Finance and Hello Group’s internal audit team to ensure ongoing compliance
• Embed a controls mindset across the organization as happn scales within a listed group environment

Transversal & Ad hoc

• Act as the company’s cost killer: lead the rationalization of our tools stack, negotiate renewals and new contracts alongside ops teams
• Serve as the finance lead on cross‑functional projects as the company scales within the Hello Group ecosystem

Qualifications

• Have 7+ years of experience in finance, ideally in a fast‑growing or international environment
• Are comfortable owning both FP&A and accounting — you can build a model and close a month
• Have solid financial modeling skills and genuinely enjoy diving into data
• Come from an audit or accounting firm background — a real plus
• Are fluent in French and English; exposure to working with international stakeholders is a bonus
• Are a doer: hands‑on, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities without losing the thread
