Finance & Legal Manager -- Revitacare

• Manage full set of accounts for the French subsidiary, and complete monthly & year-end closing in compliance with French local GAAP and IFRS.
• Prepare monthly management reports, conduct operational variance analysis, and lead the preparation and tracking of annual budgets.
• Serve as the sole liaison with external auditors; coordinate document provision, resolve audit queries, and implement audit adjustments.
• Review financial clauses of commercial contracts, oversee payment and expense reimbursement approvals, and control capital and tax compliance risks.
• Handle local tax filings and capital planning, and establish and optimize the financial internal control system.
• Participate contract review and approval, risk management and control, and liaison with external law firms.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting/Finance; CPA/ACCA holders are preferred; proficient in French local GAAP and IFRS.
• At least 3 years of financial management experience in overseas subsidiaries, capable of independently liaising with auditors and producing full sets of management reports.
• Experienced in contract review, payment approval and full-cycle budget management with strong risk control awareness.
• Fluent in French (professional level) for daily work; Chinese communication capability is a plus; excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to independently oversee multiple financial modules.
