Finance Lead

In our fast-paced, tech-driven environment, we continuously innovate by developing and updating our proprietary modules, along with integrating third-party ones, to enhance game functionalities, ensure precise analytics, and comply with evolving regulations. This dynamic ecosystem requires meticulous coordination to keep our games at the forefront of technology and user experience.

As Finance Lead, you will be responsible for the company’s financial operations while providing the visibility needed to support strategic decisions. Working closely with leadership, you will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and cash management, ensuring the company operates with strong financial discipline as it grows.

Your future responsibilities and scope:

• Be the main responsible for the company’s financial operations, including supplier payments, invoice processing, treasury transfers, and validation of procurement and travel expenses to ensure reliable financial processes.

• Lead monthly and annual closings with external accountants, ensuring accurate financial statements, reconciliations, and compliant reporting.

• Prepare financial reporting to leadership, including monthly performance reports.

• Drive budgeting and forecasting, consolidating team inputs and delivering financial projections that support planning and decision-making.

• Monitor financial performance and manage multi-currency cash flows.

• Maintain financial visibility across projects by tracking P&L performance per game or initiative.

• Improve financial processes and internal controls across areas such as procurement, travel expenses, and reporting.

The profile we are looking for:

• 4+ years of experience in finance, audit, or financial controlling

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements

• Ability to operate autonomously and manage internal finance operations

• Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to execution

• Analytical mindset with experience building budgets and financial forecasts

• Advanced Google Sheets skills and experience with financial modeling

• Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
