Finance Enablement Lead: Controls & Commercial Partner

F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG in France seeks a Lead Controls & Finance Enablement to partner with the local commercial organization and oversee the Sapin II controls framework, coaching Finance Excellence Partners and driving financial awareness.

You will act as a core finance advisor, support operational activities from product launches to M&A cases, and accelerate efficiency improvements while ensuring accurate financial reporting with IFRS and French GAAP knowledge.
