Finance Controller (H/F)

Job Description

• Analysis of the company's operational and financial performance:
  • Identify gaps between results and forecasts
  • Advise on and take corrective measures if there are gaps
  • Adapt the analytical structure to the activity
  • Analyze and monitor margins

• Adherence to the Group's internal control system:
  • Follow control procedures
  • Meet deadlines
  • Prepare reconciliations for certain balance sheet items

• Continuous improvement, participation in occasional projects, processes:
  • Develop and adapt management tools (dashboards, indicators, etc.)
  • Participate in occasional projects such as tool changes, etc.
  • Update or create procedures and operating methods for the service
  • With team members, identify areas for improvement and define a plan to implement actions
  • Conduct occasional analyses related to processes and resolve bottlenecks

What you’ll need:

• Experience in gestion control, ideally in the industy
• Great team spirit, collaborative mindset
• Fluent English (spoken and written) to communicate with European Teams
• Proactive, and full of ideas.
