Finance Controller Apprentice – R&D Center, Bavans

Forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leader, seeks a Finance Controller Apprentice to support the financial steering of generic programs at its R&D Center in Bavans (30 min from Belfort; 15 min from Monbéliard, near Switzerland). The role will work closely with R&D, HR, and Purchasing teams to monitor budgets, analyze costs, and improve financial tools.

Responsabilités

• Support, under the supervision of the Program Controller, the budget monitoring of the various programs.
• Participate in cost consolidation, variance analysis, and the preparation of forecasts.
• Contribute to the development of business cases and to the assessment of project profitability.
• Assist in improving financial monitoring tools, including updates and process optimization.
• Monitor subsidies, including tracking, documentation, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Prepare financial materials for project reviews.

Compétences et qualifications

• Actuellement en cours de Master dans une école de commerce, d'ingénierie ou à l'université, avec une spécialisation en finance.
• Bonne maîtrise des outils numériques, notamment Microsoft Office, et aisance dans l'utilisation d'outils analytiques.
• Communication fluide en anglais (B2 idéal, B1 minimum).
• Énergie, motivation, esprit d'équipe.
• Curiosité, rigueur, fortes compétences analytiques et de synthèse, envie d’analyser, structurer et améliorer les processus.
