Finance Controller Analyst (H/F)

Overview

The Magnum Ice Cream Company (TMICC) is the world’s largest ice cream company, with brands such as Magnum, Wall’s, Ben & Jerry’s, present in over 60 countries. The Finance team seeks to strengthen the organization to improve the reliability of financial steering. Directly reporting to the Finance Director, we are seeking a Finance Controller Analyst to join the team.

Contract type: CDI – Cadre; Start: as soon as possible; Location: Île-de-France, La Défense.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to financial closes, in coordination with the Shared Services Center.
• Ensure the quality, reliability and compliance of accounting transactions and financial reporting.
• Ensure consistency of journal entries with Group standards and rules.
• Work in a SOX environment: review of operational processes, maintain the risk & controls matrix, and support/audit with auditors.
• Contribute to transformation projects, notably the electronic invoicing project: perform revenue tasks, co‑design test phases and support deployment.
• Support business teams in implementing and respecting Procure‑to‑Pay processes, providing expertise.
• Monitor daily treasury, manage cash receipts and supplier payments to maintain financial balance.
• Coordinate bank requests, update banking powers, and manage day‑to‑day relationship with banks.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) due to daily interactions with the Shared Services Center.
• Excellent Excel skills and ability to perform advanced financial and analytical analyses.
• Adaptability, strong organizational skills and resilience.
• Experience in a SOX environment; good knowledge of SAP.
• Solid accounting background including: ability to process daily journal entries, review and ensure accuracy of entries and accounts; ability to operate in IFRS and French GAAP.
