Finance & Compliance Manager H/F

Missions

• Perform financial and operational performance (P&L, margins, costs, cash, and financial analysis).
• Build and monitor budgets and forecasts.
• Analyze variances and drive corrective action plans.
• Guarantee the reliability of group reporting.
• Optimize resource allocation (OPEX/CAPEX).
• Ensure compliance & internal control: adhere to internal rules and group procedures, deploy and support internal control framework, and maintain regulatory, fiscal, and financial compliance.
• Secure operational processes and traceability.
• Formalize and continuously improve key procedures.
• Audit & risk management: identify, evaluate, and prioritize risks; lead internal and external audits; follow recommendations and action plans; conduct controls on sensitive processes; strengthen risk mastery.
• Serve as business partner: support operational decisions, provide financial and risk analysis, challenge projects and investments, and contribute to operational performance improvement.
• Leadership & management: lead and develop the finance team, set targets, drive performance, contribute to the steering committee, participate in site strategy, implement WCM, promote a culture of rigor and integrity, raise compliance awareness across teams, act as compliance reference, and reinforce good practices site-wide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor‑MSc (Bac+5) in Finance / Cost Accounting.
• Proven experience in an industrial environment.
• Strong financial, internal control, and compliance culture.
• Leadership, rigor, analytical and influential skills.
• Professional level English.
