Built in 1967, our Tours pharmaceutical production facility is one of the leading industrial enterprises in Indre-et-Loire. With over 300 employees, the site manufactures and packages treatments in solid oral form, with recognized expertise in complex sustained-release processes such as micro-granules, multi-layer tablets, and organically-coated tablets. Each year, Tours produces over 3.5 billion tablets and capsules for France and the world, serving cardiovascular disease, central nervous system disorders, and hypercholesterolemia. With 93% of production destined for international export (Europe, United States, Japan, Australia), Tours is at the heart of France's pharmaceutical sovereignty and innovation.

Main responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and timely financial analysis and reporting, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and Group standards.
• Serve as a trusted business partner to operational management, delivering financial insights and challenging assumptions to drive optimal decision-making.
• Lead the development of entity forecasts, including Budget, Trends, and Long Range Plans, while monitoring key performance indicators tied to site activities.
• Maintain legal responsibility for all finance matters within scope, including financial statement preparation and compliance with Group policies.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analyses for operational, strategic, and project-related matters, including new opportunities and partnerships.
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities in accordance with established timelines.
• Oversee reporting, accounting, financial systems, treasury, and tax functions, optimizing resources while minimizing risk exposure.

• A fixed salary over 12 months, supplemented by a short-term incentive (for L3+ Managers and certain L2 positions to be validated - mention to be removed from the job posting), as well as a collective variable compensation based on Sanofi Group results.

About you

Experience:

• Proven track record in finance roles such as controlling, financial analysis, or business partnering
• Experience in manufacturing environments is a strong advantage
• Knowledge of international accounting standards and regulatory requirements

Soft and technical skills:

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities,
• excellent communication and stakeholder management skills,
• ability to challenge and influence operational leaders

Education:

• Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Languages:

• Fluent in English and French
