Finance Business Partner (H/F) #TMICC

Dans ce contexte stimulant, nous recherchons un(e) Value Creation Analyst pour rejoindre l’équipe Finance Customer Development (CD) France et accompagner les équipes commerciales IH (In-Home) et OOH (Out-of-Home).

Responsibilities

• S’aider les équipes CD IH & OOH dans leurs décisions commerciales grâce à des analyses financières pertinentes et impactantes.
• Piloter les budgets d’investissements: Trade Terms (TTS) – remises, conditions commerciales, investissements IH & OOH.
• Gérer Advertising & Promotions (A&P): publicité, promotions, activations; évaluer le ROI des opérations promotionnelles et recommander des optimisations.
• Réaliser des analyses périodiques et ad hoc pour identifier risques, opportunités et leviers de croissance.
• Contribuer aux prévisions financières (P&L complet) et assurer une vision transversale des investissements.
• Participer activement au programme de création de valeur et proposer des améliorations de processus.
• Partager les bonnes pratiques au sein des équipes Ice Cream France et Europe/ANZ.

Qualifications

• Formation en finance (CA, CIMA, ACCA, Master, MBA…).
• 2 à 5 ans d’expérience en finance, RGM, contrôle de gestion, business partnering ou fonctions opérationnelles.
• Bonne compréhension du P&L FMCG et des processus financiers (clôture, prévisions, pilotage).
• Esprit analytique solide avec une forte orientation business et résultats.
• Attitude proactive, orientée solutions, avec un vrai goût pour l’action.
• Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et à gérer plusieurs priorités.
• Excellentes compétences de communication en français et en anglais.
