Finance Business Partner / Group RAF
Overview
We are currently looking for a Finance Business Partner / Group RAF to join our leadership team at an early career stage (2-4 years of experience).
About Brixio Group: Brixio is a fast-growing international group specialised in Cybersecurity professional and managed IT services - cloud, cybersecurity, and Zero Trust managed services. The Group operates in EMEA through a Luxembourg holding company, with operational hubs in Dubai, Singapore, and France. We are currently navigating an active phase of international expansion and structural development, including cross-border group consolidation.
The Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will act as the Group's primary finance business partner — a role that combines technical financial rigour with strategic proximity to decision-making.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Group consolidation and multi-entity financial reporting (Luxembourg holding, French subsidiary, UAE and Singapore entities)
- Monthly management reporting: cashflow monitoring, margin tracking, and profitability analysis by business unit
- Supporting the CFO function in a fractional setup: coordination of financial deliverables, audit preparation, and closing processes
- International tax compliance support: transfer pricing basics, inter-company flows, VAT across jurisdictions
- M&A support: financial due diligence assistance, data room preparation, and financial modelling
- Build and maintain financial dashboards and KPIs for Group leadership and Board reporting
- Contribute to the structuring of internal finance processes (HRIS, ERP, financial governance frameworks)
This is not a back-office accounting role. We expect the candidate to engage with business leaders, challenge assumptions, and proactively contribute to financial decision-making at Group level.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of total experience, ideally starting with External Audit at a Big 4 firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) or Financial Advisory, followed by a first experience in a startup or scale-up environment
- Graduated from a top French Grande École de Commerce (HEC, ESSEC, EDHEC, EM Lyon, ESCP, etc.) or a specialised Master's degree (CCA, DSCG, Corporate Finance)
- Perfectly fluent in French (native or bilingual) and English (C1/C2 minimum)
- Strong command of consolidation, multi-subsidiary reporting, and management control
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity, with a builder mindset and genuine interest in international business
- Based in Paris, Luxembourg, or Dubai — or open to international mobility
Benefits
- Direct access to Group executive leadership
- A multi-jurisdictional environment spanning Luxembourg, France, UAE, and Singapore
- The opportunity to shape and own the finance function of a growing international group
- A fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture with high expectations and significant upside
