As a Finance Expert, you will leverage your deep market knowledge to refine AI's understanding of complex financial concepts, market dynamics, and investment strategies across diverse asset classes, transforming it into a truly intelligent financial assistant.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated explanations of financial theories, economic principles, and market mechanisms for accuracy and clarity.
• Assess AI's comprehension of various asset classes, including equities, fixed income, commodities, and alternative investments.
• Provide expert feedback on AI outputs related to investment strategies, portfolio construction, and risk management techniques.
• Identify and correct factual inaccuracies or logical flaws in AI's interpretation of market news, analyst reports, and economic data.
• Refine AI's ability to explain complex financial products (e.g., derivatives, structured products) in an accessible yet precise manner.
• Contribute to the development of training data that covers both theoretical finance and real-world market applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in finance, spanning investment management, corporate finance, or financial analysis.
• Demonstrated expertise across multiple asset classes and a strong grasp of macro/microeconomic principles.
• CFA Charterholder or equivalent professional designation is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex financial concepts clearly.
• Experience with financial data platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv Eikon).
