Context:

At Danone, we are transforming the Finance function by embedding AI and automation into the way we work. Leveraging technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, AI Agents, Databricks and Power Platform, we aim to boost productivity, enhance decision-making, and unlock smarter collaboration across Finance teams.

To support this ambition, we are looking for aFinance AI & Automation Manager . In this role, you willidentify,developand scale AI and automation use cases across Finance, working closely with business stakeholders, technicalteamsand our global Finance AI Champions community. You will play a key role in ensuring that AI solutions deliver measurable business value while driving adoption across the organization.

Mission:

As part of the Finance Digital & AI Acceleration team, your main responsibilities will include:

• Partneringwith Finance teams and the Finance AI Champions community to assess, structure and mature AI and automation opportunities, supporting the prioritization of initiatives based on business value, technicalfeasibilityand scalability.

• Contributingto the design,testingand validationof AI-powered solutions including copilots, AI agents, automationworkflowsand advanced analytics use cases.

• Conductingtestsof AI solutions within dedicated squadsand IT D&A Teams, ensuring they are practical, effective, and user centric.

• Developing sufficient technicalexpertiseto challenge solution designs and actively contribute to architecture discussions.

• TranslatingFinance business needs into functional requirements, technicalspecificationsand AI solution requirements.

• Collaboratingwith Data Scientists, IT Data & Analytics, and Microsoft teams to align technical feasibility with business expectations.

• Continuously exploringemerging AI technologies through hands-on experimentation, proofs of concept and pilot initiatives,identifyingopportunities to create value for Finance.

• Supportingthe continuous improvement of AI solutions by bringing Financeexpertise, userfeedbackand business context throughout the solution lifecycle.

• Leading and supporting adoption initiatives (AI Day,Hackathonetc.)

• Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of AI adoption on Finance productivity and decision-making.

• Monitoring advancements in AI and automation, including Microsoft Copilot releases, toidentifynew opportunities and ensure awareness across Finance teams.

Youwillreport to Finance Director, Digital & AI Acceleration andcollaboratewith:Finance Transformation team;Finance AI champion community;ITD&A AI Team;Data Scientists;Microsoft; CFOOffice.

We are not looking for a traditional project manager. We are looking for a technology-curious innovator who enjoys experimenting, learning independently, buildingprototypesand bringing emerging AI capabilities into Finance.

• 5to10years of experience in Finance, Data Engineering, or DigitalTransformationProjects.

• Experience working with AI or analytics solutions such as Microsoft Copilot, Agents, Power Platform, Databricks, etc. SQL or Python is a plus.

• The ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and collaborate effectively with technical teams.

• Strong AI curiosity and continuous learning mindset, with the ability to explore new tools, test emerging capabilities and proactivelyidentifyhow they can create value for Finance.

• Anunderstanding of Finance processes (e.g., FP&A, Controlling, Accounting, Reporting) and how AI can enhance themis a plus.

• A positive leadership style and acan-do attitude
