Finance & Admin Lead (France & Italy)

Volta is seeking a highly autonomous Finance & Admin Manager to own the back-office across Finance, HR, and Administration in France and Italy. You will report to the COO and play a key role in structuring operations as Volta scales.

With 3+ years in a generalist role and fluency in French, Italian, and English, you’ll implement hands-on processes, ensure compliance, and partner with external accountants and payroll providers. This is a true generalist role in a fast-paced startup.
