FIG M&A Associate (to VP1-2)

French FIG M&A (Paris), Associate - Tier 1 FIG platform

My client is a top firm with an outstanding European FIG platform boasting terrific credentials.

The successful candidate will work on French linked transactions across all FIG verticals. This business offers a collegial and entrepreneurial environment and rewards staff with substantial responsibility and interaction with senior-level professionals and clients.

Core responsibilities:

• Executing mid-market and large cap FIG transactions within the context of deal teams

• Creation and preparation of client presentations in support of new business development and transaction execution

• Coordinating and performing business due diligence, valuation etc

• Preparation of confidential memoranda, management presentations, marketing pitches, and other presentations

• Involvement in building relationships and maintaining direct contact with current and prospective clients

• Providing guidance, mentorship, and training to Analysts

The ideal candidate would possess the following qualities and background:

• High profile FIG investment banking experience

• Bilingual French/English

• Assist in leading discussions with senior client executives and target management

• Business acumen to initiate and extend group marketing and client development efforts

• Commercial and possesses ability to drive further business growth
