Field Wind Turbine Blade Technician - 100% Travel

BHI Energy is seeking a Composite Blade Technician to inspect and repair fiberglass and composite blades, spinners, and nacelles. This role requires 100% travel to project sites across the United States and involves defect analysis and up to Category 3–5 repairs.

You will document findings and assemble all required paperwork for reporting, with occasional maintenance support as needed. Other duties may be assigned to support our mission and values.
