Field Trainer, Luxury Retail – Europe (Central & Northern)

Zimmermann is seeking a Field Trainer based in our Paris Head Office to develop retail teams across Central & Northern Europe. You will deliver Brand, Product and Client Experience training and oversee onboarding for new store staff.

The role requires outstanding facilitation, the ability to travel frequently, and fluency in English. Additional European languages are a plus as you partner with regional and store managers to raise performance and deliver an exceptional client experience.
