Field Support Technician - Capping & Packaging (Germany)

Massilly is seeking a Customer Support Technician for capping to join our services team. You will provide technical support and after-sales service for our capping and seaming equipment to customers across Europe, with regular travel in Germany and other countries.

The role requires a technical education and at least five years in metal packaging support for the food industry, fluency in German and English, and a proactive, customer-focused approach.
