The Flying Doctor (Field Support Technician) is a mobile Electric Vehicle service specialist responsible for rapid-response on-site diagnostics, repairs, and support for electric 2-wheeler vehicles. This role ensures minimal downtime for customers and dealers by providing expert field service across regions, focusing on high-voltage systems, batteries, and drivetrains.

Conduct on-site diagnostics and repairs for EV 2-wheelers, including battery issues, motor faults, charging systems, and software glitches
Respond to emergency service calls within 24 hours, prioritizing high-voltage safety and root-cause analysis
Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI), warranty repairs, and predictive maintenance using OEM tools and apps (e.g., FF Mech App, OBD, GRID)
Collaborate with Dealers/ HQ team (India and EU), command centers (e.g., GRID), and remote diagnosis teams for seamless escalation
Train local technicians on EV-specific procedures during field visits
Document cases, generate reports, and update service databases for continuous improvement
Manage tools, spare parts logistics, and compliance with safety protocols during transit and storage

Experience/ Qualifications:

Diploma/B.E. in Automobile/Electrical Engineering or equivalent; EV certification preferred
3+ years hands-on EV 2-wheeler service experience (battery management, HV systems)
Expertise in diagnostic tools (multimeter, OBD, sonic meter) and fault tree analysis
Must be able to communicate in English Language - Conversational.
