Job Description

• Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop computers, peripheral equipment, and software/applications within established standards and guidelines.
• Working with OEM vendors to replace spares, repair hardware, and troubleshoot issues.
• Managing inventory of IT assets.
• Imaging laptops and desktops.
• Printer management and support.
• Assisting with fixing issues in conference rooms and coordinating vendor setup for room configurations.
• Performing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services for IT assets, and supporting mobile phones and non‑PC equipment such as scanners and printers.
• Providing VIP support with tailored, high‑touch service and managing audio‑visual, conferencing, and related technologies.
• Offering Office 365 support.
• Installing and troubleshooting coverage/compliance software.
• Applying knowledge of DHCP and DNS.
• Maintaining IT inventory, coordinating vendor support, and assisting with procurement.
• Strictly adhering to defined Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).
• Supporting recurring meetings, events, and after‑hours activities as required.
• Documenting incidents, problems, and resolutions for future reference and the knowledge base.
• Handling L1 level network troubleshooting and resolution for LAN connectivity.
• Providing hands‑and‑feet support to the backend team for network, server, and application issues.
• Collaborating with vendor support contacts to resolve technical issues.
• Conducting server mounting and movement tasks.
• Executing hands‑and‑feet support tasks for data centres (compute, storage, backup, network) including device reboot, console connection for remote access, cable/SFP removal or insertion, cable replacement, racking and stacking.
