Field Services Engineer

Field Service Engineer (Level 2 or 3) – Semiconductor Equipment

Location: Grenoble / Bernin / Crolles area

Travel: Approximately 40%

Are you experienced in semiconductor equipment and looking for a new challenge in a dynamic, international & growing environment? We’re seeking 2 Field Service Engineers to support the installation, maintenance, and optimisation of advanced semiconductor systems used in a growing region!

Key Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, calibrate, and maintain thermal processing systems in accordance with quality standards.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex hardware and software issues.
• Integrate systems and services into customer environments.
• Configure and adapt system software as per customer requirements and internal standards.
• Collect and evaluate customer feedback to support product improvement and development.
• Manage short-term technical projects, applying basic project management methodologies.

Requirements

• Degree (University, Master, or Bachelor) in Electronic Engineering or a technical qualification with practical experience.
• Prior semiconductor industry experience is preferred.
• Experience working independently/autonomously in Service.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proven install, maintenance and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Self-motivated team player able to work independently and under pressure.
• Valid driver's license.
• Fluent in English. French would be strongly preferred.
