Field Services Engineer

We are partnered with a company that designs, manufactures and markets technologies for the electrification and connectivity of heavy‑duty vocational trucks. They are looking for a Project Coordinator/Field Service Engineer in Paris, Île‑de‑France.

We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Project Coordinator/Field Service Engineer to join their Service Market team. In this role, you’ll support the companies network with pre‑delivery inspections, repairs, and technical expertise, ensuring every vehicle meets their exacting standards. You’ll also work on used vehicles, assist with on‑site diagnosis, and contribute to reducing costs while maintaining top‑quality service.

Experience

• Strong proficiency in both written and verbal English
• Holds a clean, valid driving licence
• Previous after‑sales experience is essential to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel
• Proven experience in electrification and connected systems for heavy‑duty vocational vehicles or similar
