Field Service Technician – Mining & Industrial – France

This role is for a global engineering company specializing in sustainable technology, end‑to‑end solutions, and services for the mining, aggregates, and oil & gas industries. The successful candidate will report to the Aftersales Service Manager and be responsible for after‑sales service tasks at client sites across the entire heavy equipment range, acting as the technical contact on site to ensure long‑term client satisfaction. Extensive travel within France and North Africa is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform after‑sales service tasks at client sites.
• Act as the on‑site technical contact ensuring long‑term client satisfaction.
• Travel extensively across France and North Africa as needed.

Qualifications

• Technical degree with Bac +2 in maintenance or special machinery.
• In‑depth knowledge of electrical, hydraulics, and automation with mining equipment.
• Willingness to travel extensively within France and North Africa.
• Fluent in French with strong written and spoken English.
