Field Service Engineer - Medical Device

Responsibilities

• responsible for installation, maintenance, repair and troubleshooting work on medical technology devices for customers
• maintain customer relationships, identify sales opportunities and report them to the responsible sales manager
• ensure minimal downtime for all machines in your area through quick and safe troubleshooting
• provide excellent customer service and quality of results
• provide in-person and remote instrument training.

Qualifications

• Degree as technician or engineer
• Min 2 years of experience as Medical Field Service Engineer
