Field Service Coordinator / Chargé d'affaires Field Services H/F

We are looking for a Field Services Coordinator with a main responsibility in coordinating and supporting field service operations to meet customer requirements, safety protocols, and agreed deadlines. The preferred location for this position is Surgères.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule field service operations, aligning team efforts with customer requirements and service standards.
- Act as a key point of contact for field service teams—facilitating communication and shared awareness between technicians, customers, and relevant internal/external stakeholders.
- Monitor field service activities to ensure compliance with safety protocols, service standards, operational processes, and customer policies/guidelines/regulations.
- Support issue resolution by assisting with technical and operational challenges and providing guidance to field service personnel.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities and implementing enhancements to field service processes.
- Maintain accurate records of field service activities (resource allocation, service delivery timelines, customer feedback).
- Help ensure deadlines are met by proactively tracking progress, removing blockers, and escalating risks when needed.
What you will achieve

Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of field service operations and processes, and the ability to undertake technical tasks within a defined area.
- A structured approach to planning, prioritisation, and coordination to keep multiple service activities on track.
- Confidence in customer‑facing communication and stakeholder coordination.
- A strong safety mindset and ability to follow and reinforce safety protocols and site rules.
- Practical problem‑solving skills to address routine operational issues and recommend improvements.
- Team‑oriented attitude: coordinate workloads, collaborate across teams, and help the team meet targets.
