Field Sales Representative (m/f/d) – Southern Netherlands & Belgium
Busbar Systems for Power Distribution
Do you have experience in technical sales, a solid understanding of electrical engineering, and enjoy advising customers on technically sophisticated solutions? Then we are looking for you to strengthen our field sales team in the region Belgium and Southern Netherlands .
What awaits you
- Sales of busbar systems for power distribution in a B2B environment
- Support and further development of existing customer relationships in Belgium and Southern Netherlands
- Active acquisition of new customers such as panel builders, electrical installers, planners, wholesalers, and industrial customers
- Technical consultation on applications, possible uses, and benefits of our busbar systems
- Presentation of our products and solutions directly at customer sites
- Identification of projects, market potential, and new business opportunities
- Support of customer projects from the initial inquiry through to successful completion
- Close collaboration with internal sales, technical support, product management, and marketing
- Maintenance of customer data, visit reports, and sales activities in the CRM system
What you bring
- Experience in field sales, ideally in electrical engineering, power distribution, panel building, or technical component sales
- Good electrical engineering knowledge and understanding of electrical power distribution
- Experience with technically complex products that require consultation
- Enjoyment of technical consulting and direct customer interaction
- Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and a confident manner
- Independent, structured, and goal-oriented way of working
- Willingness to travel within Belgium and Southern Netherlands
- Very good language skills in Dutch and English
- French language skills are an advantage
- Confident use of MS Office and ideally CRM systems
