Quickparts is hiring a Field Sales Representative – Plastics Processing / Plastic Injection Molding to expand our presence in France, support our industrial clients, and actively contribute to our growth strategy. This is not a desk-only role. You will be visiting clients at least 3 days a week across your designated territory, meeting clients in person, and driving real growth across a complex manufacturing network.

You will own your client portfolio, personally lead active prospecting, and be the driving force behind customized technical solutions that support aerospace, medical, automotive, defense, luxury, and electronics customers.

  • Provide customized technical solutions for complex manufacturing

  • Drive profitability and customer satisfaction

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and secure new strategic accounts through active prospecting and a thorough understanding of customer needs in plastic injection molding, CNC machining, 3D printing, and prototyping.
  • Develop and retain a B2B client portfolio in the automotive, aerospace, medical, luxury, electronics, and defense sectors, among others.
  • Analyze technical specifications and propose customized solutions in collaboration with our experts (tooling, injection molding, rapid prototyping, etc.).
  • Collaborate with project managers to develop high-value-added proposals.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent Quickparts at trade shows and industry events.
  • Ensure regular and accurate tracking of your sales activities (CRM reporting, forecasting, market analysis).
  • Travel to visit clients in person at least 3 days a week within your designated territory (covering approximately one-quarter of France), balanced with remote work.

What We’re Looking For

  • Significant and proven experience in building and developing a B2B client portfolio and navigating complex sales cycles.
  • In-depth understanding of processes: plastic injection molding and mold tooling.
  • Proficiency in reading technical drawings.
  • A natural problem‑solver able to understand complex technical issues and turn them into tailored solutions.
  • Experience using CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
  • A drive to succeed, a results-oriented mindset, and a passion for innovation and technical curiosity.
  • Independence, strong organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills, and a team player.
  • Knowledge of rapid prototyping, 3D printing, CNC machining, and metal parts manufacturing is a plus.
