Field Sales Manager, Grocery Retail – Unilever Food

• Develop the commercial performance of Knorr, Amora, Maille, Tabasco, and Maïzena brands across a portfolio of hypermarkets and supermarkets
• Ensure product availability in stores, optimize assortments, and negotiate shelf space
• Implement innovations and deliver excellence in merchandising execution
• Deploy national promotional campaigns locally and maximize in-store visibility and promotional displays
• Build and maintain relationships with department managers and store management
• Analyze store portfolio performance, prepare field visits, and complete reporting in tracking tools
• Represent Unilever Food across the Annecy / Haute-Savoie area

Requirements

• Bachelor’s to Master’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field
• Proven initial experience in the grocery retail sector (Field Sales Manager, Sales Promoter, or significant work-study experience)
• Strong knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques in grocery retail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Good understanding of merchandising levers and performance indicators such as Numeric Distribution (ND) and Share of Shelf (SOS)
• Valid driving license
• Availability for regular travel throughout the assigned territory
• Experience in the food industry or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector preferred
• Proficiency with commercial analysis and CRM reporting tools preferred
