Field Sales Coach (French and English Speaking)
Role Overview
We’re looking for a Field Sales Coach to join our Sales Enablement team in Paris. As a Field Sales Coach, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and optimising enablement programs that elevate the performance, productivity, and consistency of the Field Sales Teams across the region. This role partners with Field Sales Leadership & Operations, cross‑functional stakeholders, and subject matter experts to ensure that the Field Account Executives are equipped with the skills, content and knowledge needed to drive revenue growth and execute effectively in their territories.
Required Travel – Extensive travel within the region (50‑75%) to observe customer interactions, conduct ride‑alongs, and provide actionable feedback.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enablement strategies focused on prospecting, territory management, solution selling, and deal closure.
- Design and facilitate onboarding programs and skill‑development workshops for Field Sales Account Executives, including flipped classroom, role‑plays, simulations, and ride‑alongs.
- Create high‑impact enablement assets such as playbooks, territory planning frameworks, pitch decks, objection‑handling guides, demo scripts, and conversation frameworks.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Operations, and regional Sales Leadership to align messaging, product positioning, and go‑to‑market strategies.
- Provide coaching and performance support, conducting ride‑alongs, shadowing sessions, and structured feedback to reinforce best practices.
- Build and maintain certification programs and competency models to ensure performance standards and methodology adherence.
Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering enablement programs for Field Sales or Outside Sales teams, preferably in global SaaS companies.
- Experience evaluating the impact of enablement on business metrics such as pipeline growth, win rates, quota attainment, and revenue.
- Strong data‑analysis skills to extract actionable insights.
- Track record of creating field sales enablement content that drives behavioural change and performance improvement.
- Excellent communication skills in English and French.
