l'Assistant(e) FOD joue un rôle central dans le bon fonctionnement des Opérations Terrain en Suisse. Il/elle coordonne les activités administratives et opérationnelles, garantit la conformité réglementaire et assure la fiabilité des données et outils métier. En parallèle, il/elle accélère la transformation digitale des opérations en développant des solutions innovantes qui simplifient le quotidien des équipes terrain, optimisent les processus et renforcent la performance de l’organisation.
Principales responsabilités
- Administrer les outils numériques et bases de données des Opérations Terrain et soutenir les initiatives de digitalisation.
- Assurer le suivi administratif des obligations réglementaires auprès des autorités suisses (ASIT, ESTI).
- Coordonner les formations, examens et certifications liés aux autorisations OIBT.
- Gérer les processus de primes et bonus des collaborateurs terrain en collaboration avec la paie.
- Maintenir les dossiers de qualification, d’autorisation et de conformité des sous-traitants.
- Assurer la traduction et le support multilingue des communications et documents opérationnels.
- Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus et à l’efficacité des Opérations Terrain.
Connaissances et compétences requises
- Excellentes compétences administratives, organisationnelles et de coordination.
- Grande attention aux détails et capacité à gérer simultanément plusieurs priorités.
- Excellentes aptitudes relationnelles et de communication.
- Capacité à identifier des opportunités d’optimisation et à développer des solutions digitales innovantes pour améliorer l’efficacité opérationnelle.
- Maîtrise avancée des outils Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI, Power Automate) et forte aisance avec les outils numériques.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en collaborant efficacement avec des interlocuteurs internes et externes.
- Maîtrise du français et de l’allemand. La connaissance de l’anglais est un atout.
