Field NP – Primary Care (Travel & Sign-On)

CareMore Health seeks a Field Nurse Practitioner to cover San Gabriel Valley and East Los Angeles, traveling across SGV and East LA service areas to provide primary and specialty care in patients’ homes or via telehealth when appropriate.

Requires an MS in Nursing with at least 1 year of related NP experience and current RN/NP licenses. TB testing is required. $10K sign-on bonus applies based on performance.
