Field Marketing Manager - French speaking (Paris)

About The Role & Team

We’re looking for a Field Marketing Manager to join Formalize in our Paris office and drive impactful marketing initiatives across France/Benelux. As we prepare to open our Paris office, this role will initially be remote, with access to WeWork spaces, and will transition into an in‑office position over time.

In this role, you’ll own the planning, execution, and measurement of field marketing programs that generate pipeline and support our sales teams in the France/Benelux market. You’ll define how we engage with local markets, from events and campaigns to localized content and enablement, ensuring marketing initiatives resonate with regional audiences and drive business impact.

All initiatives are delivered within Formalize’s overall brand, messaging, and go‑to‑market framework, in close alignment with central Marketing, Sales, and Partner teams.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, and other regional teams to create scalable frameworks, campaign playbooks, and best practices that make Field Marketing effective across the France/Benelux region. You will also share knowledge with our Field Marketing Managers across our German, Italian, and Spanish teams.

What You Will Do

• Own the planning and execution of field marketing activities across the France/Benelux market, including events (both online and in-person), webinars, and partner campaigns
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to adapt messaging, content, and assets for the French/Benelux audience
• Enable Sales and regional teams with campaign guidance, templates, and tools
• Measure and analyze program performance, sharing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
• Act as the central marketing point of contact for field marketing initiatives in the region
• Gather feedback from Sales and regional teams to optimize campaigns and Field Marketing processes

What You Bring

• Experience in Field Marketing or B2B SaaS Marketing within the France/Benelux market
• A strategic mindset with the ability to translate strategy into actionable campaigns and frameworks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and regional teams
• Deep understanding of the France/Benelux market and local business culture
• Hands‑on, results‑driven approach with a passion for driving measurable impact

Practicalities

• Salary: €41,000 – €47,000 gross per year
• Office location: Paris
