About Qevlar AI
Qevlar is a B2B SaaS startup that strives to massively increase the productivity of cybersecurity teams. We develop AI Cybersecurity Analysts that augment Security Operations Centers (SOCs). Since our creation 2 years ago, we have:
Raised €14 million in seed funding led by EQT Ventures and Forgepoint Capital
Been incubated both by Microsoft (genAI studio) and Meta (AI program)
Deployed our solution to Global 500 companies and leading MSSPs in EMEA and NA (Equans, Nomios, Globalconnect, Almond)
We're now looking for our first Field Marketing Manager to own and scale our event marketing engine across Europe and the US — driving pipeline, brand visibility, and community presence as we build the category for AI SOC platforms.
What Will You Do
You will be responsible for designing, executing, and scaling our event strategy — from tier-1 cybersecurity conferences to regional roadshows and partner events. You will collaborate closely with Sales, BDRs, Marketing, and Leadership to ensure flawless execution, strong ICP engagement, and measurable pipeline impact.
Responsibilities
Own Qevlar's European & US events calendar end-to-end (trade shows, roadshows, community events, partner events)
Plan and execute 10+ events/year — on-time, on-budget, and with measurable pipeline output
Develop and run pre-event, live-event, and post-event playbooks
Build ABM-aligned event campaigns and support regional go-to-market motions
Manage vendor relationships, booth production, logistics, shipping, and design assets
Drive booth strategy, meeting booking motion, and onsite execution
Own lead capture, routing, and handoff to Sales via HubSpot
Partner with BDRs to build meeting-booking plays pre- and post-event
Track pipeline contribution, event ROI, and continuously improve execution
Support partner co-marketing programs and speaking engagements
Who You Are
We're seeking someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is highly organized and proactive, and is motivated by ownership and measurable impact.
Requirements
3–5 years in B2B SaaS field marketing, event marketing, or demand gen
Experience managing 10+ B2B events/year, including enterprise conferences
Familiarity with large-scale cybersecurity or tech events
Hands-on HubSpot experience (lead capture, workflows, dashboards)
Experience coordinating with Sales leadership, AEs, BDRs, and C-suite speakers
Proven vendor & budget management skills
Experience driving follow-up motions and measurable pipeline impact
Skills & Mindset
Operational excellence & attention to detail
Strong cross-functional collaboration
Ability to work under tight timelines & solve problems onsite
Pipeline-oriented mindset (meetings booked, opps created, ROI)
Data-driven and comfortable iterating based on performance
Positive attitude, resilience, and builder mindset
Bias for action — proactive, resourceful, and hands-on
Why join us
Build the field marketing function from the ground up
Work on meaningful problems with real-world cybersecurity impact
Join a fast-moving, international team shaping the future of SOC automation
Autonomy, ownership, and room to experiment and innovate
Competitive salary + stock options
Flexible work — remote-friendly with a Paris HQ (9th arrondissement)
If you're excited to build a category-defining brand in AI + security and generate meaningful GTM impact through events, we'd love to meet you.
Hiring process
Intro Call — Aleksandra, TA Manager
