Why Box Needs You

This is a high-impact field marketing role at the centre of Box’s growth in Southern Europe, with a particular focus on France. You will shape how Box shows up in the market, build demand with precision, and create programs that connect brand, pipeline, and revenue. Working closely with sales, customer teams, and cross‑functional marketing partners, you will bring the voice of the region into our strategy and turn local market insight into measurable business impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute an integrated, year‑round portfolio of programs and events that educate, engage, and inspire target audiences across the Southern region, with a focus on France, moving accounts from awareness to active demand generation.
  • Orchestrate go‑to‑market motions across sales (AE, Lead Gen, CSM), marketing (global, digital, PR), and external partners, ensuring alignment, consistency, and measurable results.
  • Own regional pipeline and revenue impact, driving sourced and influenced pipeline through targeted programs and clear performance accountability.
  • Develop market‑relevant messaging, value propositions, and engagement plans tailored to priority industries, personas, and strategic accounts in France.
  • Build and manage executive‑level communities across customers and prospects to deepen engagement and create new growth opportunities.
  • Lead the delivery of exceptional event experiences across physical, hybrid, and virtual formats, including pre‑event planning, on‑site execution, and post‑event follow‑up.
  • Own regional customer advocacy in partnership with the EMEA Customer Marketing Manager, using customer references, digital promotion, events, and sales‑ready assets to accelerate pipeline.
  • Partner with Campaigns and Digital Marketing to optimize the local web experience and deliver impactful digital programs that support in‑market campaign performance.
  • Use data, insights, and tools such as Salesforce and Tableau to measure impact, inform decisions, and communicate results to leadership.

Who You Are

  • 7+ years of experience in regional or field marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or cloud environments.
  • Fluent in French and English, with the ability to tailor messaging and engagement for the French market.
  • Equally strong as a strategic thinker and hands‑on operator who can turn plans into measurable outcomes.
  • Skilled at building trusted relationships across sales, marketing, customers, and external partners.
  • Confident driving cross‑functional accountability and keeping stakeholders aligned on priorities, actions, and results.
  • Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and attention‑to‑detail skills, with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
  • Comfortable using tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, and AI solutions to measure performance and optimize programs.
  • Highly motivated, resilient, and focused on prioritizing the most business‑critical goals to deliver impact.
