TECEZE seeks a Field Support Specialist to install, configure, and maintain desktops, peripherals, and software within established standards. You will work with OEM vendors for hardware repairs, manage inventory, image laptops/desktops, and support conference rooms.
Role includes IMAC services, VIP IT support, network and printer tasks, and Office 365 support. You will ensure SLA adherence and assist with procurement while coordinating with vendors in Le Havre.
