TECEZE is seeking a Field Support Specialist to install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, peripherals, and software within established standards. The role involves imaging laptops/desktops, printer management, and VIP support to deliver high-touch service.
You will work with OEM vendors for hardware repairs, manage inventory, support conference room setups, and perform IMAC tasks. Strong communication and knowledge of DHCP/DNS are expected, along with Office 365 support.
