Field IT Support Specialist - Freelance/Dispatch (VIP On-site)

TECEZE is looking for a Field Support Specialist (Freelance / Dispatch) in France to install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, peripherals, and software within established guidelines. You will work with OEM vendors on spares, perform imaging, printer management, and VIP conference room support.

The role requires hands-on hardware/software troubleshooting, IMAC services, and knowledge of DHCP/DNS. You will coordinate with vendors, support Mac devices, and ensure SLAs are met.
