Paris Jean Bouin Hockey (PJB) is looking for a passionate and dynamic coach to join our coaching staff. With 380 members, including 270 children in our thriving youth academy, PJB is a leading force in French field hockey.

At our club, we are driven by excellence and a commitment to player development. Across all categories (U10, U12, U14, and U17 for both boys and girls), we consistently rank in the top 3 in the Paris region. Most of our youth teams regularly qualify for the French National Championship finals.

Located in the heart of the historic Hippodrome d’Auteuil, our pitch offers one of the most iconic views in the world: coaching with a direct view of the Eiffel Tower.

The Role

• Youth Development: Lead training sessions for our youth categories.
• Goalkeeping: Candidates with a specialization in goalkeeper coaching will be given strong preference.
• Women’s First Team: Opportunity to lead and coach our Women’s First Team

Profile Required

• Qualifications: Must hold at least an FIH Level 3 coaching certification or equivalent.
• Technical Expertise: Strong tactical knowledge and the ability to develop elite young talent.
• Passion & Energy: A dynamic personality who can inspire players on and off the pitch.
• High Standards: A commitment to excellence and rigor in training.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with both children and parents.
