Baker Hughes is launching an Early Career Program for Field Engineers. The 36-month curriculum places graduates in field roles interfacing with on-site teams and clients to install, maintain, and start equipment while exceeding customer expectations.

Participants will gain hands-on experience, leadership, and analytical skills through mentoring, tender support, and exposure to diverse teams in a global energy company.
