Field-Based Oncology KAM, East France

Astellas is seeking a Field-based Key Account Manager for oncology in France, covering the East territory with a focus on Besançon and Dijon. You will build durable relationships with hospital networks and key centers, understand patient care pathways, and collaborate across medical and commercial teams to advance therapeutic goals.

You will travel extensively, engage with healthcare professionals and stakeholders, and ensure accurate safety reporting to Pharmacovigilance.
