Field Application Engineer (Spanish Speaking)
Position Overview
As a Field Application Engineer in the Customer Delivery team, you will serve as the customer’s privileged point of contact for all aspects related to the deployment of our Spatial Intelligence Platform solutions intended for managers of public places such as airports, train stations, and smart infrastructures.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical contact for deploying our solutions in public spaces and smart infrastructures.
- Lead product installations and manage customer feedback, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues, contributing to product improvement.
- Develop and deliver training materials and onboarding sessions to help customers understand and adopt Outsight solutions.
- Generate new sales opportunities by identifying stakeholders in the existing customer portfolio, providing insights on customer needs, and supporting the sales team in closing deals.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams, providing input on product features, marketing campaigns, and customer support initiatives, and documenting feature requests that are considered sales or delivery blockers.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical, Industrial, Automotive, or Mechanical Engineering—or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 3 years in a similar role with effective project ownership, client‑facing support, and technical engagement.
- Proficient in Linux systems with the ability to independently deploy, configure, and troubleshoot software solutions in real‑world environments.
- Strong problem‑solving mindset and autonomous troubleshooting skills, particularly in undocumented or fast‑changing situations.
- Clear communicator able to simplify and explain complex technical issues to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Solid IT and networking fundamentals (routing, firewalls, TCP/IP).
- Fluent in English and Spanish; French is a plus.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast‑paced, collaborative startup environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel for on‑site deployments and client support.
