• ProvenVisor: a lightweight hypervisor designed for embedded environments
• ProvenBox: our plug-and-play Trusted Execution Environment (TEE) for secure deployment of sensitive applications

Your role

As a Field Application Engineer, you will help clients adopt and integrate ProvenBox (our certified TEE) based appliances into cloud platforms, secure embedded device infrastructures, and cryptographic environments requiring high assurance and compliance (eIDAS, CC, ISO 27001, etc.).

You’ll support clients from architecture to deployment on:

• Secure execution of crypto workloads
• Post-quantum cryptography implementations
• Zero Trust edge computing with TEEs

Main responsibilities

• Identify current and future client needs to ensure project success and collaborate with them to find appropriate solutions
• Work with sales engineers to identify opportunities and convert them into won contracts to achieve sales objectives
• Support product definition and development with the engineering team
• Conduct technical workshops with cloud, HSM, or embedded security teams
• Define and validate secure execution flows (PQC algorithms, crypto accelerators, key attestation)
• Help integrate ProvenBox with HSMs, TPMs, or confidential computing frameworks
• Lead PoCs, support cycles, and custom feature alignment for regulated deployments
• Collaborate on technical documentation for customers & certifiers

Your Profile

We’re looking for a proactive, technically strong, and customer-focused engineer with a hands-on mindset and the ability to manage technical conversations at all levels.

• 3+ years of experience in business development in similar contexts (cybersecurity, or secure hardware platforms such as HSM, TEE, etc.)
• Experience delivering results for high-growth companies or startups
• Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and complex technical environments
• Ability to explain technical concepts to both business and technical audiences
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
• Fluent English required (French is a plus)
• A strong interest in embedded systems, cybersecurity, and trusted computing
• Background in engineering or cybersecurity (educational or professional)
• Previous experience working with OEMs, defense integrators, or automotive Tier-1s
• Familiarity with Common Criteria, IoT security standards, or embedded certification frameworks
• Experience selling high-assurance or certification-driven products
