What the role involves

As a Field Application Engineer (FAE) we will expose and train you on the portfolio of the world's top semiconductor manufacturers that offer cutting‑edge technology solutions. You will work with and recommend engineering solutions to original equipment manufacturers across your market segments including automotive, industrial, military, commercial, medical, solid‑state lighting, and many others. Your career will start with intensive training, and you will be mentored by our best‑in‑class Advanced Engineers, Advanced Engineering Managers, and our suppliers. The prime responsibility of a Generalist Field Applications Engineer (gFAE) is to provide application and design solutions to the company's customer base, utilising prior design and product knowledge gained through education, experience, and training seminars held by the manufacturers for which the company is franchised.

Do you have

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
• Degree in Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum of five years of design experience either in the field or with an electronics company.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure.
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proactive and results‑driven approach.
• Exceptional problem‑solving skills.
• Passionate about helping other engineers bring successful projects to market.
