Field Account Manager

Lumira Search is partnered with an innovative MedTech scale-up in the cardiac electrophysiology (EP) space, as we look to recruit a Field Account Manager in France.

Our client is a European scale-up who has commercialized an innovative AI technology to improve procedural outcomes for arrhythmia patients. The company is well funded and led by some of the brightest minds in Cardiac EP.

Open to candidates based anywhere in France, as Field Account Manager you will be driving commercial growth and clinical adoption of the company's technology.

You will build strong relationships with leading physicians and healthcare organizations, uncover new business opportunities, and provide hands‑on support to ensure smooth product adoption and successful procedures. This includes delivering clinical training and education to customers.

The position blends sales, business development, and on-the-ground clinical support to drive adoption, improve patient and customer outcomes, and meet growth targets within your territory.

Requirements:

• Be based anywhere in France (Preference for Paris, Lyon or Marseille) and not need relocation support.
• Fluency in French and English.
• University degree in biomedical engineering.
• At least 3 years MedTech experience in cardiac EP or cardiac rhythm management (CRM)
• Commercially oriented, customer-focused mindset
• Ability to travel (up to 80%)
