Repair Network Leader (f/m)

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Repair Network Leader (f/m) to join our Supply Chain Operations team based in Toulouse, France. The role involves building essential Component Exchange programs for major global airlines and leading a team of five people worldwide as part of the Airbus Flight Hour Services (FHS) team. The goal is to keep the network current and optimized, leveraging supplier solutions to support our expanding global customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a team of five people we split between Kuala Malam and Toulouse in daily work and multiple projects.
  • Own, update and actively maintain the Repair Network, ensuring all stream leads (Performance, Cost, Transformation) are well balanced and meet the needs.
  • Schedule, facilitate and follow up on regular multi‑functional team meetings, tracking action items, owners and progress, while maintaining the project's escalation matrix and building dashboards to report on project health and performance targets.
  • Support consolidation of internal strategy alignments between procurement, engineering and operational teams regarding supplier capabilities and performance, acting as a stakeholder liaison to coordinate between the business and IT departments to develop necessary tools.
  • Focus on Activity Integration (link pool balancing and forecasting activities) and Continuous Improvement (service enhancement for repair network activities and problem solving within Repair Operations).

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in supply chain or the aeronautics sector.
  • Results‑oriented with the ability to work under short deadlines in a fast‑changing environment.
  • Strong team spirit, leadership, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – able to challenge action owners politely but firmly to secure delivery.
  • Strong analytical mindset, experience in data logic, and project management skills.
  • Maintenance Part 145 knowledge is a plus.
  • Advanced level in French and English.
