Join ESCP’s Federal Marketing team and help shape the visibility of one of Europe’s leading business schools.

As a Federal Marketing & Content Creation Apprentice, you will support the marketing activities of ESCP’s portfolio of programmes, including Bachelor’s, Master’s, MSc and MBA programmes. You will work on high-impact projects across content creation, social media, digital marketing and campaign execution, contributing directly to student recruitment and brand awareness on an international scale.

This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and digitally savvy marketer looking to gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, international higher‑education environment.

Activities

Content Creation & Brand Communication

• Create engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns and presentations.
• Design visual assets using Canva and other creative tools in line with ESCP’s brand guidelines.
• Produce and edit short‑form videos for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and other digital channels using tools such as CapCut.
• Develop content formats including student stories, interviews, testimonials, event coverage, reels and behind‑the‑scenes content.
• Write blog articles and support storytelling initiatives across programmes.
• Adapt content and messaging for different audiences, including prospective students, current students and alumni.

Social Media & Community Engagement

• Support the management of ESCP’s social media channels.
• Schedule and publish content across platforms.
• Monitor community interactions and engage with followers.
• Identify emerging social media trends and propose innovative content ideas.
• Contribute to audience growth and engagement strategies.

Marketing Operations & Campaign Support

• Support the implementation and monitoring of recruitment marketing campaigns.
• Assist with email marketing campaigns through the CRM platform.
• Prepare contact lists and support campaign execution.
• Contribute to performance reporting and campaign analysis.
• Help maintain consistency across marketing materials and communication channels.

Website & Blog Management

• Publish and update content on WordPress.
• Optimise articles and pages for readability and user experience.
• Source and manage visuals aligned with ESCP’s visual identity.
• Support content updates across programme webpages.

Events & Content Production

• Participate in key ESCP events, including Open Days, Introduction Week, graduation ceremonies, information sessions and networking events.
• Capture photo and video content for marketing use.
• Support event promotion before, during and after events.
• Collaborate with programme teams to showcase the student experience.

Cross‑Team Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing, admissions, recruitment and programme teams.
• Support ad hoc marketing projects and strategic initiatives.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes, content performance and audience engagement.
