Practice scope

You must have won at least three federal civil motions and be able to substantiate that record through the relevant orders or docket materials.

Professional background

You must have substantial federal civil-litigation experience and a documented record of winning at least three motions. Relevant orders or docket entries must substantiate those outcomes. Bring strong briefing and case-strategy skills, meticulous communication and the ability to translate legal judgments into useful evaluation feedback. Cross-disciplinary collaboration and interest in legal technology are relevant. Experience across dismissal, summary-judgment or discovery motions, and previous AI or legal-training work, are preferred.

Working arrangements

This is remote, paid IXO expert work. Agree the specific task brief, permitted materials, outputs and working schedule with IXO before starting. Any commitment or duration described in a practice profile is an indicative planning requirement for that route, subject to that agreement.

Pay

$160 $310/hr USD.
