Within the International Market Animation Department, the Fashion Governance & Client Intelligence mission is to accompany the framing and alignment of Fashion initiatives, support key transversal projects and reinforce Client & Retail insights to support strategic decision‑making. Reporting to the Director of Fashion Governance & Client Intelligence, this role orchestrates the Fashion Division’s governance and strategic cycle while steering key transversal projects in close collaboration with Markets, Regions, and the Division’s expertises.

- Animate the Strategic Governance Cycle of the Fashion Division in collaboration with Regions and Markets
- Contribute to building and facilitating the Governance cycle with Regions, Markets and International Governance
- Continuously drive evolutions to governance processes to ensure Regional needs are raised and effectively addressed.
- Act as a strategic partner to the Fashion Division leadership team, contributing to alignment on priorities and framing of key topics.
- Ensure meetings minutes and follow‑up of action items and framing into strategic initiatives.
- Facilitate the prioritisation and scoping of key transversal projects, contributing to WW strategy alignment
- Facilitate the scoping, prioritisation, and reporting of key transversal projects across Divisional expertise teams, Markets, and Regions.
- Animate selected transversal projects in collaboration with Division teams, Markets & Regions.
- Support the Fashion Division teams in the identification and follow‑up of key strategies and initiatives.
- Support Client & Retail teams in framing Strategic Priorities
- Contribute to shaping and structuring the Division’s Client and Retail strategic priorities at key moments of the governance cycle.
- Bring analytical insights, cross‑market perspectives, and strategic framing to support decision‑making.
- Support Client and Retail teams in formalising strategic approaches and integrating them into the broader Divisional roadmap.
- Develop forward‑looking points of view on Client and Retail topics to inform and enrich the Division’s strategic reflection.

What you will bring
- Graduated from engineering or Business School or equivalent with a major in Marketing, Brand Strategy, Communication or with specialization in Consulting, ideally in an international context.
- 5 years of working experience in governance, project management ideally in the luxury sector or in strategy consulting.
- Proven experience leading complex, cross‑functional projects involving senior stakeholders and change dynamics.
- Comfortable handling a broad spectrum of deliverables, from executive communication and strategic framing to data‑driven analyses.
