Fashion Clienteling Project Manager
Work on all Fashion Client Activations—Fashion Shows, Client Days, and collection launches in store and outside venues—for our most valued clients, ensuring a seamless, elevated, and consistent experience across all markets.
Based in Paris, collaborate closely with Global, Regional, and Local teams to coordinate and follow‑up on all activations throughout the year.
Job Responsibilities
- Events Calendar
Partner with Client Development teams worldwide to build and implement a comprehensive fashion client activations calendar driven by fashion shows and key business moments (collection launches, market opportunities, product focus), ensuring local relevance within a global framework.
- Client Nominations & KPIs Monitoring
- Conduct analysis to develop smart client nominations for all fashion events.
- Follow-up on KPIs such as attendance, conversion rate, average transaction value, and turnover.
- Track global bookings/sales during events.
- Perform client analysis and competition benchmarking.
- Collaborate with the Business Analyst to support activities and generate new ideas.
- Maintain a departmental newsletter.
- Plan for operational and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Operational & Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Liaise with key teams across the organization to improve efficiency, including:
- Business Unit teams to define product assortments and targets.
- VM teams to design impactful product set‑ups and seamless client journeys.
- Events & Image team to ensure consistency and service excellence across all event touchpoints.
- Dior Academy for training and styling across all events.
- Retail Performance teams to work on sales apps and follow‑up on deposits/invoicing.
- Finance team to monitor budget and ROIs closely.
Profile
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury client development or high‑end client relations, ideally within Fashion or Luxury sectors.
- Very strong analytical skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong strategic and analytical mindset combined with creativity and a deep understanding of luxury market dynamics.
- Results‑driven profile with a strong sense of service excellence and brand sensitivity.
- Team player, at ease with coordinating 360° projects.
