FAL A350 Process Performance Engineer (f/m)
Job Description
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a FAL A350 Process Performance Engineer (f/m) to join our A350 Green Operational Performance department based in Toulouse, France. You will be part of a team developing the FAL A350. As part of the A350 Green Operational Performance team, you will be involved in process performance engineering and line balancing aiming at securing delivery within takt with an optimized level of resources.

Responsibilities
- Optimize Industrial Sequencing & Line Balancing: create and maintain Gantt charts and Standard Line Balancing (SLB) to ensure the best industrial sequence during the definition phase.
- Secure & Monitor Line Efficiency: enable industrial sequence execution to secure delivery within takt with optimized resources and drive continuous improvement of manufacturing efficiency.
- Analyze Shop Floor Performance: reduce efficiency losses by identifying and analyzing white and red spaces and conducting Value Added (VA/NVA) observations.
- Interface with Stakeholders: translate industrial requirements to Design & Supply Chain and evaluate the industrial impacts of modifications.
- Govern Technical Standards & Tools: maintain the Standard Time Value (STV) database, define digital tools, and coach/assess end‑users on STV/SLB usage.
Qualifications
- Professional experience in Manufacturing Engineering or Process Performance.
- Strong knowledge of Line Balancing (SLB) drivers, constraints, and time referentials.
- Proficiency in STV database maintenance and compliance checking against golden rules.
- Experience in creating Gantt charts, managing digital tools for STV/SLB, and performing Value Added (VA/NVA) analyses.
- Ability to translate requirements between Design, Supply Chain and Manufacturing and to coach end‑users.
